Tip: Depending on taste, finely chopped
onion, ham, celery, green pepper or thinly sliced courgettes may be added to the
cheese topping.

1. Add milk and half of cheese to mixture and combine.
2. Place in a lightly greased square ovenproof dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
3. Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for 10 - 12 minutes.
4. Remove and cut into squares.
