350g shell noodles salted water 500g onion, finely chopped 2 green peppers 25ml Clover Butter 1kg ripe tomatoes, skinned and chopped 400ml sugar 100ml Clover Full Cream Condensed Milk 250ml lemon juice 10ml salt 10ml pepper 60ml mayonnaise | |

| Preparation method |
- Cook noodles in salt water until done.
- Drain.
- Sauté onion and green peppers in butter for 3 minutes, add tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients, including noodles, and heat to boiling point.
- Remove and spoon into containers for lunch boxes.
Tip: Kept refrigerated, Pasta Surprise lasts for a week. |
