- 125g Cream Cheese
- 250g Clover butter
- 300g (625ml) cake flour
- 100g (250ml) walnuts
- 200g (250ml) sugar
- 10ml ground cinnamon
- 1 egg, beaten


1. Beat cream cheese and butter until light. 2. Add flour in three stages and mix until smooth. 3. Place on lightly floured plastic wrap in a square of 20 cm x 20 cm. 4. Cover and allow to rest in the fridge for 1 hour. 5. Place walnuts, sugar and cinnamon in a food processor and process until fine. 6. Cut dough into 5 mm x 10 cm sticks and brush with egg. 7. Roll in walnut mixture and twist. 8. Place in a lightly greased baking tray and bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for 10 minutes. 9. Turn out on a wire rack to cool.
