Ingredients
    • 4 eggs, room temperature
    • 60 ml Clover Mooi River Butter
    • salt and freshly ground black
    • pepper to taste
Method

    Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan.

    Place 4 egg rings in pan.

    Break eggs into the rings and reduce the heat.

    Fry the eggs, spooning the butter over until the whites are set and a film forms over the yolks.

    Remove from pan, season to taste and serve immediately.
