Ingredients
    • 1 ciabatta loaf, sliced into thick slices
    • 100 ml Clover Ghee, melted
    • 40 ml tomato chutney or roasted pepper
    • pesto
    • freshly ground black pepper to taste
    • To serve
    • 100 g thinly sliced salami (optional)
    • scrambled egg
Method

    Brush the bread slices on both sides with the ghee.

    Toast in a preheated griddle pan or under an oven grill until golden on both sides.

    Spread one side of the bread with the tomato chutney or pesto and season to taste.

    Top with salami and serve with the scrambled egg.
