Ingredients
    • 310 ml (170 g) cake flour
    • 60 ml cocoa
    • 10 ml baking powder
    • 125 ml (100 g) soft brown sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 125 ml Clover Full Cream Fresh Milk
    • 100 ml (100 g) Clover Mooi River Butter, melted
    • 250 ml chocolate chips or roughly chopped chocolate
Method

    Preheat oven to 190°C.

    Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder together.

    Add sugar.

    Beat eggs and milk together.

    Make a hollow in centre of dry ingredients and add butter, milk mixture and chocolate.

    Add just enough liquid to moisten the flour.

    Mix lightly, batter can still be lumpy.

    Spoon into a greased muffin pan and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Serve warm.
