Ingredients
    • 500 g fettuccine pasta
    • 60 ml Clover Mooi River Butter
    • 250 ml Clover Fresh Cream
    • 250 ml Clover Sour Cream
    • 1 ml nutmeg
    • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
    • 190 ml (80 g) La Campania Pecorino, grated
    • 250 g smoked ham, cubed
    • 200 ml cooked green peas
    • To serve
    • fresh basil leaves
Method

    Cook the pasta according to instructions on pack until al dente.

    Drain, add olive oil and toss through.

    Heat the butter over low heat in a heavy-based frying pan.

    Add remaining ingredients except cheese and pasta and allow to simmer for 5 - 7 minutes or until sauce is heated through.

    Toss sauce and pasta together.

    Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
