Ingredients
    • 280 g frozen or fresh peas
    • 15 ml chopped mint
    • 15 ml Clover Mooi River Butter
Method

    Boil peas in rapidly boiling water for 5 minutes.

    Drain.

    Spoon peas, mint and butter into a food processor and blend until smooth.

    Serve warm.
