Ingredients
    • 500 ml cooked English spinach, well drained
    • 15 ml cake flour
    • 100 ml Clover Full Cream Fresh Milk
    • 250 ml (100 g) Clover Cheddar, grated
    • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method

    Heat spinach over low heat in a heavy-based saucepan.

    Mix the cake flour with a little milk to form a paste.

    Add to the spinach with the remaining milk.

    Simmer, stirring continuously, until mixture thickens.

    Stir in the cheese and simmer until cheese has melted.

    Season to taste and serve.
