Ingredients
    • 250 g Rosa tomatoes
    • 1 yellow or red pepper, seeded and cut into squares
    • 4 black mushrooms
    • 1 red onion, quartered
    • 4 baby aubergines
    • 120 g La Campania Halloumi, cubed
    • Dressing
    • 20 ml olive oil
    • 20 ml balsamic vinegar
    • 5 ml honey
Method

    Thread tomatoes, vegetables and cheese onto 12 skewers.

    Grill kebabs on a lightly oiled braai grid over moderate coals or under a preheated oven grill for 5 - 7 minutes or until cooked.

    Mix ingredients for dressing, drizzle over kebabs and serve
