Ingredients
    • 300 ml Clover Fresh Cream
    • 60 ml icing sugar
    • 75 ml dessert wine
    • 120 ml lemon curd
    • grated rind of 1 lemon
    • toasted almond slivers
Method

    Beat the cream and icing sugar together until stiff peaks form.

    Fold in the wine and swirl in the lemon curd.

    Spoon into individual glasses and decorate with lemon zest.

    Sprinkle almonds over and serve with dessert biscuit of choice.
