Ingredients
    • 20 ml instant coffee granules
    • 45 ml brandy
    • 1 x 375 g can Clover Full Cream Condensed Milk
    • 5 ml vanilla essence
    • 500 ml Clover Fresh Cream, whipped
    • 4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    • 50 g pecan nuts, chopped
    • To serve
    • Clover Classic Custard Vanilla
Method

    Dissolve coffee granules in brandy and add condensed milk and vanilla essence.

    Lightly fold in cream, egg whites and nuts.

    Pour mixture into a 2 litre airtight container and freeze.

    Stir mixture 2 - 3 times using a fork before ice cream turns hard.

    Serve with a warm pudding or with custard.
