Ingredients
    • 1 egg
    • 125 ml (50 g) cocoa
    • 125 ml sunflower oil
    • 375 ml (210 g) cake flour
    • 5 ml baking powder
    • 5 ml bicarbonate of soda
    • 2, 5 ml salt
    • 125 ml Clover Clover Amasi
    • 5 ml vanilla essence
    • 250 ml (200 g) sugar
    • 125 ml warm water
    • To serve
    • extra icing sugar for dusting
    • Clover Fresh Cream, whipped
Method

    Preheat oven to 180°C.

    Thoroughly mix together all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.

    Spoon into a greased and lined square cake tin.

    Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed.

    Allow to cool and dust icing sugar over.

    Cut into squares and serve with cream.
