Ingredients
    • 3 eggs
    • 125 ml vinegar
    • 200 ml (180 g) sugar
    • 10 ml mustard powder
    • 250 ml Clover Fresh Cream
    • 60 ml crushed green peppercorns
    • freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method

    Beat eggs, vinegar, sugar and mustard together in a heatproof bowl or the top half of a double cooker until well blended.

    Stir mixture over boiling water until mixture thickens.

    Remove from heat and stir in the cream, green peppercorns and black pepper.
