Ingredients
    • 30 g fresh rocket leaves
    • 20 ml fresh flat-leaf parsley
    • 12 pecan nut halves
    • 5 ml crushed garlic
    • 15 ml olive oil
    • 30 g La Campania Parmesan, grated
    • 8 sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil vinaigrette, drained and chopped
Method

    Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and well mixed.

    Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until needed.
