Ingredients
    • 25 ml corn flour
    • 60 ml sugar
    • 125 ml water
    • 50 ml Clover Krush 100% Orange Fruit Juice Blend
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 25 ml Clover Mooi River Butter
Method

    Heat the corn flour, sugar, water and juice in a heavy-based saucepan until boiling.

    Stir and allow to simmer for another minute.

    Remove from heat.

    Mix a little juice with egg and stir egg mixture into flour mixture.

    Allow mixture to cool slightly before use.
