Ingredients
    • 30 ml Clover Mooi River Butter
    • 250 ml (130 g) icing sugar
    • 2 ml grated orange rind
    • 25 ml orange juice
Method

    Cream butter, icing sugar and rind together.

    Add enough juice to make mixture light, creamy and of a spreadable consistency.

    Spread icing in an even layer on top of cupcakes.
