Ingredients
    • 310 ml cake flour
    • 60 ml cocoa
    • 10 ml baking powder
    • 125 ml soft brown sugar
    • 2 eggs 125 ml Clover Fresh Full Cream Milk
    • 100 g Clover Mooi River Butter, melted
    • 250 ml chocolate chips or roughly chopped

Method

    Preheat oven to 190°C.

    Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder together.

    Add sugar.

    Beat eggs and milk until mixed.

    Make a hollow in centre of dry ingredients and add butter, milk mixture and chocolate.

    Mix just to moisten flour.

    Spoon into a greased muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes.

    Serve warm.
