Sift the flour, bicarbonate of soda, sugar and salt together.
Mix the eggs and Clover Amasi and add the dry ingredients.
Beat well until smooth and add butter.
Spoon 15 ml of batter at a time into a preheated heavy-based frying pan.
Bake until bubbles appear on the top, flip over and bake until golden brown.
Serve plain or with syrup, honey or jam.
