Ingredients
    • 4 cups (1 liter)Clover Full Cream Milk
    • 1 cup (250 ml) Clover Fresh Cream
    • 130 g white chocolate, chopped
    • 2 cardamom pods, crushed
    • 1/3 cup (80 ml) Amarula liqueur (optional)
    • cocoa powder
Method

    Place milk, cream, chocolate and cardamom into a pan over low heat.

    Cook, stirring frequently for 10 minutes or until chocolate has melted and milk nearly boils.

    Remove from heat and strain. Stir in the liqueur (if using).

    Pour into warmed glasses.

    Dust with cocoa powder and serve.
