8 slices white bread
1 cup smoked chicken, shredded
3/4 cup Clover Cream O’Naise
1/2 cup mozzarella, grated
¼ cup peppadews, chopped
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper
In a small mixing bowl, add ¼ cup Clover Cream O’Naise and grated parmesan cheese, mix well to combine.
In another mixing bowl add smoked chicken, ½ cup Clover Cream O’Naise, mozzarella, peppadews and season with salt and pepper.
Spread each slice of bread with a small amount of the Parmesan and Clover Cream O’Naise mixture.
Place four slices mayo side face down. Fill each slice with the chicken mixture and close the sandwiches off with the remaining slices, mayo side faced upward.
Place one sandwich into the Jaffle iron and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Repeat to cook the remaining sandwiches.
Enjoy them while they are warm and the cheese is oozy.
