Important clauses which may limit our responsibility, place an obligation on you to indemnify us, involve an acknowledgement of any fact or involve some risk for you will be in bold and italics. You must pay special attention to these clauses.

1. INTRODUCTION

   1. The Tropika Island of Treasure Season 12 Call To Enter Competition (“Competition”) is being run by Clover S.A Proprietary Limited, Registration Number 1994/001064/07 (“Organiser/we/us/our”).
   2. The Competition relates to the audition process for the Tropika Island of Treasure Season 12 reality television programme (“Programme”).
   3. The Programme will consist of a number of episodes in which selected entrants compete in various challenges and tasks, some of which may be physical challenges.
   4. Each person entering the Competition (“participants/entrants/you/your”) and/or accepting any prize agrees that these Competition rules (“Rules”) are binding.
   5. Copies of these Rules are available online at www.clover.co.za (“the Website”) or at Clover Park, 200 Constantia Drive, Constantia Kloof.

2. COMPETITION PERIOD

   1. The Competition will commence on 1 March 2026 at 07h00 and will close on 5 May 2026 at 23h59 (“Competition Period”).
   2. No entries received after the end of the Competition Period will be considered.
   3. The duration of the Programme and filming period will be determined at the sole discretion of the Organiser.

3. WHO CAN ENTER

   1. In order to be eligible to enter the Competition you must:
      1. be a legal, permanent resident of the Republic of South Africa;
      2. be in possession of a valid identity document with a 13-digit identity number;
      3. be 18 (eighteen) years old or older on the date you enter;
      4. be a natural person;
      5. have a valid passport valid for at least 6 months from May 2026 with at least two blank pages;
      6. not be barred from travelling internationally;
      7. not be disqualified from receiving prizes.
   2. Notwithstanding clause 3.1, you are not eligible to enter this Competition if:
      1. you are a director, member, partner, employee, agent or consultant of the Organiser;
      2. you are an immediate family member of such persons; or
      3. you are a supplier of goods or services in connection with the Competition.

4. HOW TO ENTER

   1. Entrants must record a short video audition explaining who they are, what they will bring to the Competition and why they should participate in the Programme.
   2. The audition must be uploaded to at least one of the following social media platforms:
      1. X
      2. TikTok
      3. Instagram
      4. Facebook
   3. Entrants must tag @MyTropika and use the hashtag #Tropika when uploading their audition.
   4. Entries that do not include the correct tag or hashtag will be invalid.
   5. Entrants are responsible for any costs associated with submitting their audition, including internet costs.
   6. The costs of each entry will be for the account of the entrant.

5. SELECTION OF CONTESTANTS

   1. The Organiser will select approximately 30 participants from the auditions submitted.
   2. Selected participants will be invited to attend final auditions and vetting sessions in Johannesburg or Cape Town.
   3. Participants may be required to attend additional auditions at the discretion of the Organiser.
   4. Travel and accommodation costs related to attending auditions will be for the participant’s own account.
   5. The Organiser will appoint a panel of judges who will determine the final contestants.
   6. The decision of the judges will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. THE PRIZE

   1. The selected contestants will compete for a shared cash prize of R1 000 000.00.
   2. The cash prize will be shared equally between the final winning pair.
   3. Additional prizes may be introduced at the discretion of the Organiser.
   4. The prize may not be exchanged or transferred and may be substituted with a prize of similar value.
   5. Any taxes associated with the receipt of any prize will be for the account of the winner.

7. GENERAL TERMS

   1. The Organiser may amend these Rules at any time without notice.
   2. The Organiser will interpret these Rules in its sole discretion.
   3. If you are not eligible to enter the Competition you will forfeit any prize allocated to you.
   4. The Organiser may collect, store and use personal information of entrants for communication, marketing and statistical purposes.
   5. By entering the Competition you consent to the use of your personal information for these purposes.
   6. By entering the Competition you indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser and its affiliates against any claims resulting from participation in the Competition.
   7. The Organiser reserves the right to terminate the Competition at any time.
   8. The Organiser is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
   9. Any prize is accepted at the winner’s own risk.
   10. Nothing in these Rules is intended to limit any rights in terms of the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008.
   11. The duration of the Competition may be extended or curtailed at the sole discretion of the Organiser.
