Clover is the biggest employer in the Dairy Industry in South Africa and has been ranked in the Rep Trak study for the past two years as the most Reputable and the Ideal Company to work for. For more than a century Clover has steadily built itself up as a premium brand based on quality products and through the very special relationships it fosters with all the business partners and employees who travel with us on our success journey.
An inclusive business culture where passionate, committed and ambitious people come together in collaboration to achieve excellence makes Clover the ideal company to work for. The Clover values of Respect, Integrity, Fairness, Responsibility and Accountability, the foundation of a Corporate Culture dating back more than a century and an environment where talent is recognized, grown and valued forms the building blocks for the achievement of personal and professional excellence.
Clover’s success lies in its people and the competence, diversity and dedication that they bring to the Clover Business. Approximately 9000 people have made Clover their home away from home and share our Way Better Vision and Mission.
We’ve worked hard to build an inclusive business culture where passionate, committed and ambitious employees come together to live the Clover Values and realize a shared Vision. We are constantly searching for energetic and competent individuals with the pride and passion to succeed in a business where speed, passion and commitment are crucial to gaining the competitive advantage.

Clover’s Graduate Programme
Every year around March Clover S.A. recruits graduates to participate in programmes ranging from 6-18 months. The fields of study are determined by our scarce and critical skills and a need to feed our talent pipeline. Participants are given the opportunity to learn about Clover S.A. and subsidiaries and given the opportunity to add value in their prospective business units.
CAUTION: Recruitment Fraud Warning
Take care to avoid fraudulent communications purporting to be on behalf of the Clover Group of Companies (“Clover”). Find out what to do if you receive an email you think is fraudulent.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Organisations, claiming to either work for or be affiliated with Clover, notify individuals that their qualifications were found suitable to work as an employee for Clover and solicit the transfer of significant sums of money to pay for work permits, insurance policies, etc.
Please note that these types of communications are fraudulent!
They do not originate from Clover nor are they associated with Clover's recruitment process.
Please note that Clover does not (nor do any of the organisations that recruit on our behalf) ever ask for money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process. All individuals who are successful in gaining an offer of employment from Clover, whether directly or indirectly, are always required to go through a formal recruitment process.
HOW TO IDENTIFY RECRUITMENT FRAUD?
Salient points of such communications are:
- that they come from non-Clover email addresses (e.g. from a yahoo.com address);
- the use of English is poor; and
- at some stage money is requested.
We recommend that you do not respond to unsolicited business propositions and/or offers from people with whom you are unfamiliar. Do not disclose your personal or financial details to anyone you do not know. If you receive such proposals, we would advise you to contact your local police station and provide them with all information you may have from the senders (email addresses, phone/fax details, etc.).
