Clover SnackPack Yoghurt Pops

A quick and yummy frozen yoghurt treat. As seen on Expresso Morning Show or Afternoon Express on SABC 3. Makes 6 Recipe by Teresa Ulyate

INGREDIENTS

  • 6  Clover SnackPack yoghurt pots in assorted flavours
  • 6  100ml moulds

Method

  1. Spoon half a pot/50ml of Clover yoghurt into each mould.
  2. Pop the moulds in the freezer for about an hour, or until the yoghurt is firm to the touch but not frozen solid.
  3. Fill each mould with another 50ml of yoghurt. Mix and match the flavours!
  4. Insert the mould sticks and leave to chill in the freezer until firm.
  5. Cook’s tip: Run the moulds under hot water for a few seconds to loosen just before serving.
