Cream is made from Clover Full Cream milk and has a smooth texture. Clover Cream is ultra-pasteurised, so that all harmful bacteria are killed to ensure a superior quality product. Our Clover range includes Fresh cream, Sour Cream, Long Life Cream and Aerosol cream.
Clover Long Life Cream – 500ml
Clover Dairy Cream UHT is ultra-pasteurised cream, which means that it gets heated to a very high temperature to make sure that all harmful organisms are killed, and the addition of high quality stabilizing ingredients, ensure a longer shelf life and excellent whipping properties.
Clover Sour Cream – 250ml
