Clover Ultra Pasteurised Low Fat Milk – 2L
Clover Fresh Low Fat Milk has a low butterfat level, which means that it only contains 60% of the fat of full cream milk. Clover Fresh Low Fat Milk undergoes 55 quality tests, is hygienically treated throughout production and is kept below 4 degrees C to ensure good quality and freshness. Our milk is sourced from specially selected farms.
Clover Sterilised Milk – 300ml
Clover sterilized milk is obtained from 210 specially selected farms. We also perform 55 quality tests on every litre of our milk to ensure you get high quality when you buy Clover milk. The UHT (Ultra High Temperature) process ensures that Clover’s sterilised milk can be stored unopened for up to 9 months without refrigeration. Clover’s sterilized milk is available in 300ml bottles in KZN.
Clover Butro – Butter Spread – 250g
If you like the taste of butter and want something that spreads easily, Clover Butro is the answer. Clover Butro contains sunflower oil to give you an easy-spreading softness, so you use less and gain on taste. Clover Butro is manufactured from a blend of cream derived from pure bovine milk and vegetable oil and which received a heat treatment of at least 85°C for 15 seconds (or the equivalent there of). It is classified as a high fat butter spread. The cream is graded according to strict quality standards.
