Add the rice Krispies to a large mixing bowl and set aside. In a large pot melt the marshmallows with the Super M. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the bowl of rice krispies and stir together quickly until well combined.
Working quickly shape into 4cm ball and skewer with an ice cream stick and place on a tray lined with baking paper. Rub a bit of butter on your hands to prevent mixture from sticking. Allow to set.
Divide the chocolate into two bowls. Add the food colouring to the one bowl and stir. Once the treats dive between to two colours of chocolate coating half in green and the remaining half in plain white chocolate. Sprinkle with hundreds and thousands and allow the chocolate to set before serving.
Add the condensed milk, butter, sugar and salt into a large microwavable glass bowl, mix to combine.
Place the bowl into a microwave for 6minutes on high power, stir every 2minutes.
Add vanilla extract, if you to put back in for another 2minutes, do so.
Beat the mixture well for 5minutes.
Pour the mixture into a greased pan, allow it to partially set, then score it before placing into the fridge.
Allow to completely set.
Place Tripe, carrots, onion, celery, leek, garlic, bay leaves and stock in a pot.
Add salt and pepper, cover tripe with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 2-3hours, until tripe has softened.
Skim the surface of the cooking liquid if needed.
Heat a medium saucepan with the oil. Add the onion, half the mushrooms and thyme and fry for about 7minutes until soft and fragrant. Add the garlic, cauliflower and vegetable stock and allow to simmer covered for 10-15 minutes until the cauliflower is tender. Season to taste
Add the soaked cashews, cooked cauliflower and nutritional yeast to a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning. In another saucepan fry up the remaining mushrooms.
In a large bowl combine the sauce and the cooked pasta and adjust the seasoning. Serve with the fried mushrooms and some steamed broccoli florets.
Preheat the oven to 1800 Combine the butter and sugar together before creaming until pale and fluffy.
Continue mixing the buttered mixture while adding the eggs one at a time, once all the eggs are added add the vanilla and mix through.
Add the flour gradually until blended and well combine.
Pour the batter into a greased baking tin and bake in the oven for 30-40minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
While the cake is baking prepare the milks.
Combine the milks in mixing bowl, ensuring the milks are well combined.
Once the cake is removed from the oven pour over a quarter of the mixture before allowing the cake to cool.
Once cooled pour over the remaining liquid.
Whip the cream with the vanilla and sugar before layering over the cake and serving.

CREPES
Sift the flour and salt into a large mixing bowl, then add the sugar.
Pour the milk and eggs together in another mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
Make a well in the center of the flour, gradually add small amounts of the milk mixture to the flour, whisking consistently to avoid any lumps.
Once all the milk is added, whisk to make sure your batter is smooth.
Heat a medium non-stick pan (15 – 20cm) to a medium – high heat, use a non-stick cooking spray to help prevent the batter from sticking.
Pour a small amount of batter (about 45ml) into the pan, tip the pan around to coat it evenly with batter.
Allow the batter to cook for 30 – 50seconds or until golden in colour.
Flip the crepe over to cook the other side for a few seconds.
Set the crepe aside and continue to cook a few more crepes with the rest of the batter.
You will need 15-20 crepes.
FILLING
Place the caramel, cream cheese and salt in a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
Using a palette knife spread a thin layer of the caramel mixture onto each crepe.
Stack each crepe on top of one another, the garnish the cake with caramel pop corn just before serving.
Heat the olive oil in a large pot, sauté the onions until golden.
Pour the chicken stock into the pot and bring to a boil, add the sweet potatoes, garlic, masala, cumin, paprika and coriander.
Cover and allow to simmer until the sweet potatoes are cooked through (about 10-15minutes).
Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Using a hand-stick blender, blend the soup until smooth.
Place the pot back onto the heat, add the chicken and milk to the soup and cook for a further 4-5minutes until the chicken is cooked.
Season and serve with your favourite freshly baked bread or top with croutons.
