Heat the butter and oil in a pan and cook the garlic, onion and ginger for 3 – 4 minutes.
Add the chicken and cook for 3 – 4 minutes, until browned.
Stir in the curry powder, paprika, chilli, cinnamon, tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in the cream, coriander leaves and season to taste with salt and pepper before serving.
Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and fry the meat until lightly browned, season with salt and pepper and stir in the Worcestershire sauce.
Transfer the meat and juices to a plate.
Return the pan to the stove, reduce the heat and melt the butter.
Add the onions and fry for 3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and fry until cooked.
Return the meat and juices to the pan and add the paprika and tomato paste.
Then stir in the soured cream.
As soon as it is hot, stir in the lemon juice and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle the thyme over the top before serving.

Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Combine whipped feta ingredients in a food processor and mix until smooth.
Combine white wine, Olive Pride Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt, lemon juice, butter, chilli flakes, sugar, and bay leaf.
Rub over cauliflower.
Bake at 200 degrees Celsius, basting continuously until golden and cooked through (about 20 minutes).
Serve with whipped cheese and olive dip.
