Clover Seed Protein Punch Smoothie

Start the day feeling fighting fit. As seen on Expresso Morning Show or Afternoon Express on SABC 3.   Recipe by Nicole Snelling

INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ cup Clover fresh full cream Mmilk
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Handful of frozen Clover Classic yoghurt cubes

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smoothie.
  2. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
