200g red chillies (stalks removed)
80g fresh ginger
80g garlic
375ml apple cider vinegar

2 tsp active dry yeast
2½ tbsp white sugar
1 large egg
3 cups white bread flour
⅓ cup cake flour
1½ tsp fine salt

Splash of water
