INGREDIENTS

2cups x castor sugar

1tin x Clover Condensed milk

½cup x Clover Springbok Unsalted Butter

1tsp x vanilla extract

1tsp x salt

Method

  1. Add the condensed milk, butter, sugar and salt into a large microwavable glass bowl, mix to combine.
  2. Place the bowl into a microwave for 6minutes on high power, stir every 2minutes.
  3. Add vanilla extract, if you to put back in for another 2minutes, do so.
  4. Beat the mixture well for 5minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased pan, allow it to partially set, then score it before placing into the fridge.
  6. Allow to completely set.
