Ingredients
    • 6 eggs, beaten
    • 1 ml water
    • 25 ml Clover Sour Cream
    • salt and freshly ground black
    • pepper to taste
    • 15 ml fresh chives, chopped
Method

    Beat eggs, water, cream and chives together.

    Heat egg mixture in a non-stick pan over low heat.

    Fold mixture over rather than stirring.

    Remove from heat when eggs are a little underdone, as they will continue cooking.

    Season to taste and sprinkle with chives.
