Ingredients
    • 4 eggs
    • Clover Springbok Butter - Salted
    • 4 ramekin dishes or ovenproof cups
    • salt and freshly ground black
    • pepper to taste
Method

    Preheat oven to 180°C.

    Grease the ramekins with the butter.

    Carefully break an egg into each and place ramekins in an oven roasting pan.

    Fill the pan with boiling water to cover the ramekins 2⁄3 up the sides.

    Season eggs to taste and bake for 12 - 15 minutes, or until set.
