Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and salt together.
Add the blueberries to the dry ingredients and mix through.
Beat the egg, Clover Amasi and oil together to combine.
Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and gently mix through.
Do not over-mix; mixture can still be lumpy.
Grease a preheated heavy-based frying pan with the ghee.
Add spoonfuls of batter to the pan and grill over medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes on each side, or until crumpets are cooked.
Serve warm with cream and syrup.
