Ingredients
    • 400 g beetroot, cooked
    • 280 g NutriDay Plain Low Fat Yoghurt
    • 100 g Clover Feta, Plain
    • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    • 30 ml lemon juice
    • 60 ml fresh chives, chopped
    • 60 ml fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
Method

    Place the beetroot, yoghurt, cheese, garlic and lemon juice in a food processor.

    Blend until smooth.

    Remove from food processor and mix in the herbs.

    Serve as a dipping sauce with fish starters or with toasted pita triangles or sesame grissini.
