Ingredients
    • 8 large pork schnitzels
    • 1 beaten egg
    • flavoured dried breadcrumbs for covering
    • Clover Ghee for shallow-frying
Method

    Dip the schnitzels in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.

    Fry in preheated ghee in a heavy-based frying pan on both sides until golden in colour.

    Drain on kitchen paper.
