Ingredients
    • 60 g dark chocolate
    • 375 ml (300 g) sugar
    • 125 ml Clover Full Cream Fresh Milk
    • 60 ml (55 g) Clover Springbok Butter - Unsalted
    • 15 ml golden syrup
    • 5 ml instant coffee granules
    • Mix all ingredients together
Method

    Heat in a heavy-based saucepan and bring to the boil.

    Cook for another minute or until sugar and chocolate have melted, stirring continually.

    Remove from heat and allow to cool.

    Beat with an electric beater until thick.

    Makes enough frosting to coat a 22 cm cake.
