Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together in a large bowl.
Add the wheat, herbs, bacon and cheese.
Mix well to combine.
Beat the eggs and Clover Amasi together.
Make a hollow in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour the Clover Amasi mixture into the hollow.
Stir to mix into a heavy batter.
Spoon equal amounts of batter into two greased 18 x 6 cm loaf tins.
Fill to 2/3 of capacity.
Sprinkle the cayenne pepper over and bake for 40 - 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted.
Allow to cool slightly in tins before turning out onto a wire rack.
Serve warm with butter.
