    • 30 ml brown sugar
    • 75 ml cake flour
    • 15 ml baking powder
    • Pinch each, salt, pepper, grated nutmeg and cinnamon
    • 50 g / 125 ml grated Clover Cheddar Cheese
    • 1 x 400 g tin cream style sweet corn
    • 1 x 400 g tin whole kernel corn, drained
    • 3 ripe red tomatoes, peeled and finely diced
    • 125 ml Clover Fresh Full Cream Milk
    • 5 eggs
    • 125 ml extra grated Clover Cheddar Cheese to sprinkle on top

    Grease a deep 26 cm pie dish with butter and pre-heat the oven to 170°C.

    Combine the dry ingredients and cheese in a mixing bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and stir until combined.

    Pour into the dish and sprinkle with 125 ml cheese.

    Bake the pie for 50 minutes - 1 hour or until set and browned on top and serve warm, at room temperature or cold as preferred.
