Rate this recipe:
    • 50 g / 50 ml Clover Mooi River Butter
    • 5 ml crushed or chopped garlic (1 clove) (optional) or
    • 2 ml garlic and herb seasoning
    • 2 medium carrots, cut into julienne strips
    • 2 medium baby marrows, cut into julienne strips
    • 6 baby corn, halved lengthwise
    • 125 - 250 ml bean sprouts
    • ± 100 g mange-tout or young green beans, trimmed
    • 1 red pepper, seeded and thinly sliced (or mixed peppers)
    • 4 spring onions, diagonally snipped
    • 1 - 2 baby cabbages, shredded (optional)
    • Salt and pepper

    Place the butter and carrot strips in a large bowl, cover with cling wrap, leaving an air vent and microwave on High for 2 minutes.

    Toss and microwave 1 minute more.

    Add all the remaining vegetables and toss together.

    Cover and microwave on High for about 5 minutes, stirring at 1 minute intervals, until crisp-tender.

    Season and serve.
