Ingredients
    • 1 banana, sliced
    • 1 carrot, chopped
    • ¼ grapefruit, peeled
    • 1 cup Clover Krush Fruits & Vitamins
    • 1 tbsp hemp seeds or hemp powder
    • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Method

    Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
