100g Clover Feta cheese, crumbled
200g Celery stalk, diced
50g Celery leaves, chopped
1 Lemon, diced segments
1 Clove garlic, chopped
30ml Parsley, chopped
½ tsp Chilli flakes
1 tsp Salt
60-80ml Olive Pride Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Dice celery stalks and chop celery leaves, parsley, and garlic.
Dice lemon segments.
Crumble Clover Feta.
Add the chilli flakes and the salt to the Olive Pride Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
