1 cup Clover Classic yoghurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup self-raising flour
½ teaspoon salt
3 – 4 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, core removed and sliced into wedges
½ cup cinnamon sugar
Oil for frying
In a large mixing bowl, mix the egg, Clover Classic yoghurt and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add the flour and salt to the liquid and mix until smooth.
Heat the oil in a sauce pan. Dip each apple wedge into the pancake batter and fry until golden.
Roll into the cinnamon sugar and serve warm with caramel and chocolate sauce.
