125g fresh or frozen peas
1 avo
¼ cup mint leaves
¼ cup fresh basil
100g Clover Authentikos Greek style yoghurt
Zest and juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons Olive Pride Blend of Seed Oils and Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper.
Decant into a serving dish and serve with a Greek mezzo platter(crispy pitta chips, Olive Pride olives, mini cucumbers, Clover feta discs, or falafel)
