2 slices of white bread or brown bread
¼ cup Clover cheddar, grated
2 slices of tomato
1 slice of cold meat of your choice
1 tablespoon Clover salted butter
Salt and pepper
Spread each slice of bread with a small amount of butter.
Add the cheese, tomato, and cold meat slice onto one slice of bread, season with salt and pepper and top with the remaining slice of bread.
Place the sandwich into the Jaffle iron and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Wrap them in a sandwich wrap or slice in half and place into a lunch box.
Tip: Remove the center of the tomato, this will prevent the sandwich from becoming soggy.
