Who says smoothies are only for summer? This warm version is great for mornings on the run.
2 cups Clover Care milk
1 cup oats
½ cup mixed breakfast seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon runny honey
Combine all the ingredients into a saucepan.
Bring to a simmer and serve whilst warm.
