1 x cup banana chips
1 x cup melted while chocolate
115g x Clover Mooiriver Salted Butter
1cup x brown sugar
1 x free range egg
1tsp x vanilla paste or extract
½ tsp x baking powder
¼ tsp x baking soda
1 ½ x cups cake flour
¾ x cup Clover Super M – Banana Flavour
1 cup x pecan nuts
Coat your banana chips in the melted white chocolate and set aside to firm up.
Cream the butter and sugar together until pale and fluffy, add the egg and mix through with the vanilla before adding the baking powder, baking soda and flour.
Mix gently to combine with the Super M to create a batter.
Roughly chop the banana chips and add to the batter along with the pecans which have also been roughly chopped.
Pour the batter into a greased oven dish and bake at 1800C for 30minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean after testing.
Allow to cool slightly before cutting into squares and serving.
