Fruity Ice Lollies

Make these for a pool party or kiddies party in summer – super easy and loved by all.

6 large lollies

10 minutes plus overnight for freezing

INGREDIENTS

  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) Krush Tropical Juice
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) Krush Mango Juice
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) Krush Berries Juice
  • about 350 g (1 1/2 cups) Clover Classic Yoghurt Based Dairy Snack, Plain
  • 1/2 cup granadilla pulp
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries (cut into smaller pieces if they are very big)

Method

  1. Spray 6 x 125 ml ice-lolly moulds with cooking spray.
  2. Pour the tropical, mango and berry juices into separate bowls.
  3. Divide yoghurt between the bowls.
  4. Whisk until well combined.
  5. Add the granadilla pulp to the tropical yoghurt mixture.
  6. Add the raspberries to the berry yoghurt mixture.
  7. Leave the mango mixture as is.
  8. Pour all the mixtures into the ice-lolly moulds and position the lolly sticks.
  9. Freeze overnight.
  10. Remove a few minutes before serving.

 

TIPS:

  • This could be a fun family activity. Get the kids involved to help make them and get creative with the fruit fillings.
  • If the lollies are difficult to remove from the moulds, run water over the outside of the moulds to help them defrost a little.
