• 1 large egg
• 200 ml brown sugar
• 250 g Clover Farmstyle butter, room temperature
• 60 ml cooking oil
• 375 ml All Bran
• 500 ml self-raising flour
• 1 cup (250 ml) whole-wheat flour (nutty)
• 60 ml sunflower seeds
• 60 ml sesame seeds
• 2,5 ml salt
• 7,5 ml baking powder
• 1 cup (250 ml) Clover Amazi
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Beat the egg, sugar, butter and oil together thoroughly and add to the creamed mixture together with Amazi. Knead lightly.
2. Spoon the mixture into 3 x 30 cm bread pans and allow to rise for 1 hour. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes or until baked through.
3. Turn out onto a wire rack and allow to cool. Cut into fingers and allow to dry out overnight on an oven rack in the warming drawer of the oven at 100°C.
