Clover Fruits of the Forest Granadilla Yoghurt Based Dairy Snack
To make the pineapple boats, with a sharp knife, cut the large pineapple lengthwise into 4 equal quarters or the medium pineapples in half, cutting through the green leaves as well.
Remove the flesh with a paring knife to make a boat, sprinkle the boats lightly with Clover Tropika, place in a plastic bag, seal and refrigerate.
Dice the removed pineapple flesh and place in a bowl with the rest of the prepared fruit and remaining Clover Tropika.
Toss, seal and refrigerate until ready to serve – preferably no longer than 2 hours.
When ready to serve, arrange the pineapple boats onto a serving platter and spoon and arrange the fruit into the boats.
Drizzle with granadilla yoghurt.
